Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Once your order has been validated, unfortunately we cannot cancel or modify it. However, if the product received does not meet your expectations, you have the option of returning it for exchange or refund according to our return conditions.

RETURNS

What is your return policy ?

LE CARTEL accepts returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original, unwashed condition to be eligible for an exchange or refund. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges.
