DELIVERIES, DEADLINES, ORDER RETURNS
ORDER PREPARATION
Orders are prepared every business day, from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. If you place your order on a Monday, it will be prepared and shipped the following day, which is Tuesday. If you place your order on a Friday, it will be prepared and shipped the following Monday.
DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS
All orders are shipped with Canada Post. When you confirm your order, the shipping tool automatically calculates the shipping costs and offers you several delivery options according to your destination (from cheapest to most expensive):
- CANADA
- Standard Shipping: 2 days (Quebec) - up to 9 days (other provinces)
- Xpress Post: delivered the next day (Quebec) - within 2 days (other provinces)
- Free Option: pick up directly at our store at 3680 Boulevard St Laurent in Montreal.

Delivery is FREE for all orders of $150 CAD and above within Canada and the United States. Please refer to the shipping promotions displayed on the website's homepage.
- UNITED STATES
- Small Packet USA Air (small parcels): 5 to 8 days
- Tracked Packet: 4 to 7 days, with tracking and insurance
- Expedited Parcel (up to 30 kilos): 4 to 7 days, with tracking and insurance

Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email including your tracking number (if you have chosen the option with tracking).
RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase provided the product has not been worn, washed, stained, or damaged. Proof of purchase will be required. LE CARTEL reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the product is not in compliance.
Products purchased during promotional events (workshop sales, clearance sales, promotions) are not refundable. They are only exchangeable.

LE CARTEL is not responsible for destination country taxes and/or customs fees incurred. The buyer will be responsible for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and other charges levied by the destination country.
